• All Live Oac guides are USCG Licensed Captains and interpretive naturalist educators.
• Our guides have a minimum 5 years experience guiding outdoor adventures in the Lowcountry. We are career oriented professional guides who've chosen this path because we love it.

Location, Location, Location

• Direct access to Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge waters from our main dock at Hilton Head Harbor.
• Our local dolphin population is unparalleled in the Lowcountry, with amazing dolphin activity YEAR-ROUND. Dolphin feed, breed, and live in the creeks in and around the Wildlife Refuge.
• Due to the excellent tree-protected areas of Skull and Mackay Creeks, we seldom need to cancel trips due to wind or waves. Expect a calm water experience when boating with Live Oac!
• Easy to get to, with no gate fees. We're near Mile Marker 1 on Highway 278. (Click for directions)

First-Class Boats

•Top-of-the-Line Hurricane deck boats, built for 10 passengers (we limit to 6 guests per boat) are used for most trips trips including Dolphin Nature Tours, Watersports, and Custom Private Adventures.
• Quiet 4-stroke engines.
• The "SUV" of boats, with a sunshade for the rear section, windshield, and premium cushioned seating.
• Fishing boats vary according to the trip type. Each is specifically suited for the type of program it is selected for.
